Joel has been in the carpentry field for over 10 years, learning along the way and falling in love with building something with your hands. Outside of work he is a proud girl dad — a family man with a wife and two kids at home, always setting a good example for them.

Nicholas Newmiller
Co-Owner & Project Manager
Growing up, Nicholas always had a natural love for math and problem solving — the kind of kid who had to understand how everything worked. When it came time to choose a path, he followed in his father's footsteps and became a carpenter, and from day one he was hooked. There's something about taking raw materials and turning them into something real and lasting that never gets old. With just under 10 years of hands-on carpentry experience, Nicholas brings that same analytical mindset to every project — from running the numbers to managing the build from the ground up. Outside of work, he is an active girl dad to his pride and joy, and there's nowhere he'd rather be than spending time with his little girl.
